I started this blog with a clear vision: to help others heal emotionally, physically, and mentally through movement, breath, and self-awareness. My journey with yoga began as a personal healing path to recover from overwhelm and disconnection — and over time, it became a practice of self-love, empowerment, and inner peace. Now I would like to share my journey and findings with you.

My mission
My approach to yoga is rooted in healing — not just physically, but emotionally and through nervous system recovery. I believe in the power of mindfulness to bring us back to the present moment, where real change begins. Through movement and awareness, I aim to foster empowerment by building confidence in the body and reconnecting with inner strength. Self-love is at the heart of my practice, encouraging kindness, acceptance, and compassion toward yourself. This space is also about community — a place to share stories, support each other, and celebrate progress. Above all, we're inclusive and welcoming, especially for those on neurodivergent or anxiety healing paths.
